The vitamins of B type are necessary for the normal state of skin, hair, nails, and functions of the nervous system. Vitamins E and C are needed to protect the body from infections

Currently, all mixtures are prepared from a soya protein isolate – a purified protein that has a high biological value. In addition, proteins are enriched with biologically active substances: taurine, L-carnitine, L-methionine.

It is interesting to know that Soya bean normalizes the consistency of bile. As an adult, I always prefer soya milk to soya beans. I enjoy drinking chilled one serve with snacks. However soya beans powder is great for babies.

  5. Histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine are the 9 essential amino acids found in soy protein and many animal foods. Arginine is essential for children but not adults. This writeup really gave me more points to include in my project. Great work putting this information up.
